Job Overview
We are hiring a Project Manager to join our team at DCS Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within the company. This is a full-time position based in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, India. We are looking for an experienced professional with more than 10 years of experience in project management.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within deadlines and budgetary constraints
- Coordinate with project teams to identify project objectives, scope, and deliverables
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting
- Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals
- Monitor and evaluate project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery
