Integrity, experience, honesty, people, humanity, and passion for excellence are some other adjectives that define this global technology leader.Looking for a marketing manager with 2-5 years Field Marketing or Demand Generation experience.Qualifications: 2-5 years Field Marketing or Demand Generation experience.Good organizational and planning skillsExcel and PowerPoint proficientStrong interpersonal and relationship skillsStrong communication skillsStrong collaborationAbility to multi taskResponsibilities: Build strategic relationships with Channel Partners/resellers in region and be the trusted marketingadvisor to partners. You will be partners first point of contact for anything marketing relatedDrive alignment, planning and execution of marketing programs to support business priorities through our partnersBuild strong relationships with sales stakeholders, partner managers, demand generation and other internal teams to drive partner successActively support partner marketing planning process including quarterly and annual marketing plans, marketing development fund planning and results, and other partner activitiesManage communications with channel partners to drive awareness of new campaigns, product updates, compliance, and business newsManage internal communications, so key stakeholders are aware of partner plans, results reporting, and compliance issuesCollaborate and work with internal teams to determine regional priorities and focus areas for each quarter.Deliver priorities and campaigns to partners at the Quarterly Marketing briefing each quarter, as well as regular marketing sessions, to discuss campaign suggestions, partner marketing plans, best practices, marketing tactic guidance, ROI data analysis and marketing enablement.Quarterly partner marketing reviews with key stakeholders within the partner organization and internal stakeholdersReport and present quarterly marketing results and highlights to internal audienceDeliver Quarterly Marketing briefings to partners and advice on marketing tactics and campaignsSchedule 1:1 Partner marketing planning sessions with named partners and all key stakeholdersMDP allocation and budget management. Liaise with all key stakeholders on MDP requests to gather inputs to make sure that partners are aligned with prioritiesIdentify partner’s marketing capabilities and their gapsEnablement plans. Work with partners on any marketing gaps and leveraging the Global Partner Marketing Enablement team
