Telemarketing Executive - Tourism

Responsibilities:

1. Telemarketing:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients in Kerala, Bangalore, and other regions.
- Promote and sell our tourism packages, highlighting the unique features and benefits.

2. Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Address client inquiries and provide relevant information about our offerings.

3. Multilingual Communication:
- Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Kannada is essential.
- Communicate effectively with clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds.

4.Target Achievement:
- Work towards achieving set targets for lead generation and sales.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Qualifications:

- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
