Job Title: Business Development Manager (IT INDUSTRY/ APP DEVELOPMENT CLIENTS ONBOARDING)
Location: Sky Dreamers, Supreme Business Park, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Mumbai Type: Full-time, Immediate Joiner Required Job Summary: Sky Dreamers is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong track record in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 7-8 years of experience, preferably with an engineering background. The primary role involves onboarding clients for app development and ui/ ux designing services, as well as managing projects to drive growth and revenue. Responsibilities: - Identify and source potential leads for app development and design services. - Develop and execute business strategies to achieve financial growth. - Maintain and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and negotiation. - Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. - Manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. - Train and mentor sales teams to improve their skills and performance. - Ensure all business activities comply with legal and corporate guidelines. Required Skills/Abilities: - Proven record of sales growth and project management skills. - Strong knowledge of business, sales growth techniques, and IT industry trends. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Education and Experience: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field. - Minimum 7-8 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on app development and design services.
