Job description

Implementation & Integration experience of different HRIS systems (

Success Factor knowledge mandatory). Develop and maintain HR and other business reporting, analytics and dashboards. Create and maintain a report catalog to enable end users to get needed reports from the HRIS system. Responsible for the development of ad hoc report requests to meet business requirements. Help build and report the metrics used by HR to communicate the trends and areas of improvement to watch within the organization Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, be diplomatic and influence stakeholders, external partners and international teams Collaborate with HR teams around process efficiencies, and advocate needs to drive solutions. Be the custodian of HR Data and ensure the authenticity of the same Proactively analyse Data Risk and assist in devising the mitigation plans. Provide technical solutions, consulting and analysis for data inconsistencies to internal stakeholders Partner with HR and HRIT teams to review functional specifications for ongoing changes made to the data ecosystem Responsible for analysing and publishing periodical HR data metrics

Experience – 6 + years ( At least 3 years in HRIS SuccessFactors Implementation and Administration)
