Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team at Maharashtra Minerals Corporation Ltd. This role is based in Mumbai and offers a competitive salary range. As an Admin Executive, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate environment
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including letters, emails, and packages
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
• Maintain and update company databases, records, and files
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
• Support HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
• Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
• Handle general administrative tasks such as phone calls, visitor management, and office maintenance
