SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising, content marketing, affiliate marketing,

influencer marketing, PPC, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, growth marketing, and lead

Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategy:

1. Develop, execute, and continually refine a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that

encompasses all relevant channels.

2. Set clear objectives, KPIs, and detailed project plans for each campaign and ensure their

attainment.

PPC and Google AdWords Expertise:

1. Lead and. manage PPC campaigns, including Google AdWords, to drive targeted traffic,

maximize ROI, and optimize conversions.

2. Stay updated on industry trends and implement advanced strategies to achieve exceptional

results.

Google Analytics Mastery:

1. Utilize Google Analytics to gather critical data, monitor campaign performance, and generate

insightful reports.

2. Employ data-driven insights to continuously refine digital marketing strategies and make

informed decisions.

Email Marketing Proficiency:

1. Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage subscribers, nurture leads,

and drive conversions.

2. Implement segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance email marketing

effectiveness.

Growth Marketing Excellence:

1. Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to expand the customer base, increase

revenue, and improve overall company growth.

2. Optimize growth marketing processes and channels to deliver outstanding results.

Lead Generation Expertise:

1. Create and execute lead generation strategies that drive high-quality leads and nurture them

through the sales funnel.

2. Continuously refine lead generation processes to improve conversion rates and ROI.

Social Media Dominance:

1. Develop, execute, and oversee an influential social media strategy across various platforms.

2. Create captivating, shareable content that resonates with Niveshartha's brand and values.

Content Excellence:

1. Oversee content creation, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics,

and interactive content.

2. Ensure all content is of the highest quality, SEO-optimized, and closely aligned with our

company's strategic objectives.

Analytics and Data-Driven Decision-Making:

1. Utilize advanced website analytics tools to continuously monitor, analyze, and report on the

performance of digital marketing campaigns.

2. Regularly extract actionable insights and employ data-driven strategies to optimize campaigns

and achieve superior results.

Budget Management Expertise:

1. Efficiently manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources to maximize impact, and

deliver exceptional ROI.

2. Continuously optimize campaign spending to ensure cost-effectiveness and high returns.

Collaboration and Leadership:

end campaign management.

2. Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and guide a digital

marketing team.

3. Proficiency in PPC, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, email marketing, growth marketing,

social media management, content development, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing,

and more.

4. Advanced knowledge of website analytics tools and extensive experience with ad-serving

tools.

5. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the ability to collaborate effectively

with developers.

6. Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

7. Outstanding project management skills, consistently delivering results on time and within

budget.
