Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Chief Technology Officer. As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's technological development and aligning strategic technology goals with business objectives. You will also be responsible for day-to-day management of the technology team.

Qualifications

• Software Development skills, including experience with multiple programming languages
• Project Management skills, along with experience in managing both software and hardware development projects
• IT Strategy skills, with experience in defining long-term technology goals and planning for their implementation
• Architecture skills, including experience creating scalable systems and integrating new software with a complex architecture
• Product Development skills, with experience developing and launching new software products and features
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. Masters or PhD in related fields is a plus.
• Experience in the startup industry is a plus.

Preference : Computer Science engineering or related to computer science. and belong to tier-1.5 & tier 2 college.

Salary : We are preparing for a pre-seed round, so for now, there is no salary; however, you will definitely receive one in the future.
