Baking and Pastry Chef Academy
Location - Bangalore
Are you an experienced bakery and pastry chef with a strong business acumen and a burning desire to build a global brand IIPC, a part of the Famous IIHM and a leading baking and pastry chef academy in Bangalore, Pune, and Kolkata, is looking for talented individuals like you to join our team as Centre Heads in all three locations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the academy, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to quality standards
- Develop strategic plans and implement effective marketing strategies to promote and expand the brand
- Manage a team of dedicated instructors and staff, providing leadership and support for their professional development
- Create a positive and inspiring learning environment for our students, fostering their passion and ensuring their success
- Establish collaborations with renowned industry professionals and organizations to enhance the academy's reputation
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including alumni, parents, and the local community
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a bakery and pastry chef, with prior leadership experience preferred
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of the global baking and pastry industry
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team and interact with students, parents, and industry professionals
- Passionate about providing high-quality education and building a global brand
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to travel to different locations as required
