About the Client:
Our client is a Engineering and R & D (ERD) services company with global presence.
Role Summary:
Seeking a talented and experienced Presales Specialist with expertise in the medical or life sciences or healthcare provider domain. As a Presales Specialist you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements providing product demonstrations and crafting compelling solutions to meet the needs of prospective clients. Additionally you will play a crucial role in responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the response process for RFIs RFPs and RFQs ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required documentation.
- Ability to proposal writing bid management effort management presentation proposal defense with customer
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique challenges goals and requirements.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers within target organizations.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop tailored solutions that address customer needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients during the presales process.
- Customize proposals and presentations to align with customer requirements and maximize competitiveness.
- Prepare and deliver highquality proposals including solution architectures pricing models and implementation timelines.
- Stay informed about industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies in the medical and life sciences domain.
- Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and enhance our product offerings.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product management marketing and customer success to drive successful customer outcomes.
- Provide ongoing support to the sales team including training and knowledge sharing sessions.
Qualifications:
- B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA or any other equivalent degree and experience.
- Proven experience in a presales or technical sales role within the medical or life sciences industry.
- Deep understanding of medical/life science technologies workflows and regulatory requirements.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
