Work closely with sourcing team to execute material sourcing strategies
Assist in the hardware planning process to support production build plans identify critical roadblocks
Place purchase orders based on plans run by the Planning Analysts
Support purchases across the organization, including both production/inventory as well as expense orders
Expedite orders to meet production demands
Analyze demand, lead-time and inventory levels for purposes of reordering material
Supervise the daily push/pull of scheduled deliveries to avoid shortage and overstock situations
Audit data while challenging and resolving data integrity issues
Complete data entry projects in a timely and accurate manner.
Seek and implement material shortage resolutions
Work both independently and within a team environment using effective communications skills with people across different organizational levels
Requirements:
Proficiency working with spreadsheets (MS Excel and Google), data analytics, along with the ability to communicate results both verbally and in writing
Continuous drive for process improvement and initiative to solve problems
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work products
Exhibit propensity for problem solving skills and business acumen in a highly dynamic entrepreneurial environment
Preferred:
Bachelor s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Experience with Oracle Fusion
Experience in material planning, procurement, and in a manufacturing environment for multilevel integrated hardware products
Comprehensive knowledge of MRP planning using enterprise systems with multilevel Bills of Material
