Business Analyst (Drive) The data science team at geoiq is forever improving the organization's data capabilities by adding more data variables from more sources, regularly updating the data, and transforming it for easy consumption, structured in a feature store. You would help us make sense of all this data and create insightful reports for various stakeholders. Seeking a talented business analyst, preferably with experience working in a similar role at consulting firms, to aid our mission of data-driven decision-making.Responsibilities : - Extracting actionable insights from datasets aligned with business objectives.- Partnering with stakeholders to set clear goals and devise data-driven strategies.- Designing concise reports that communicate key metrics and findings.- Developing predictive models to anticipate business trends and risks.- Offering data-backed strategies to enhance growth, efficiency, and profitability.- Collaborate with various teams for their data needs.- Staying updated on industry trends and enhancing analytics capabilities.- Streamlining workflows for increased efficiency in analytics.- Analyzing and reporting on social media performance metrics.Requirements : - Have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in analytics, with a background in consulting and familiarity with the consumer products/retail sector.- Demonstrate expertise in creating impactful, intuitive visualizations and analytics solutions, using tools for dashboard creation.- Familiarity with sql, python, and r, but with a stronger emphasis on visualization tools.- Ability to transform diverse business objectives into practical analytics actions.- Understandably articulate intricate data findings to various stakeholders.- Exhibit robust analytical skills and a knack for data-informed decision-making.- Excel at team collaboration, spearheading projects, and persuading stakeholders.- Adapt and flourish in fast-paced scenarios, balancing multiple tasks with a meticulous eye for detail.
