JOB DESCRIPTION:

Jitendra Consulting Group is a rapidly growing and reputable company that offers a range of services such as company formation, auditing, business advisory, VAT, and compliance services. We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Google Ads with international targeting. As an ideal candidate, you should be a self-starter, a consistent performer, and able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

- Develop effective PPC strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue for the company's online advertising campaigns.

- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify high-impact opportunities.

- Create and manage Google Ads (AdWords) campaigns, including search, display, video, shopping, and remarketing campaigns.

- Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and ad extensions to improve click-through rates (CTR) and quality scores.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, identifying trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

- Continuously A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance.

- Effectively manage budgets, allocate spend across different campaigns, and ensure cost-efficient campaign performance.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new ad formats to enhance campaign effectiveness.

- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align PPC efforts with overall marketing objectives and promotional activities.

- Provide regular performance reports and analysis to clients, communicating campaign progress and recommending actionable insights.

- Conduct thorough audits of PPC accounts and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a PPC Expert or Google Ads Expert with a track record of successful campaign management.

- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform and other PPC advertising platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Ads).

- Experience with international PPC campaigns.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.

- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other PPC management platforms.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote/hybrid work environment.

- Google Ads certifications will be an advantage.

- Having knowledge of SEO and how it affects PPC performance is an advantage.

PPC/Google Ads Expert with a minimum of 5 years of experience
