Position Name: Desktop Support Engineer
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Location: Bangalore
Job Responsibilities:
- 2-4 years of experience as a Desktop/ System engineer
- Proficiency in Windows 10 Professional OS, Microsoft Office 2016, Standard Applications Tally ERP 9 and Networking.
- Basic Knowledge on ADS, DNS, DHCP, RAID configuration.
- Provide first-level support by phone for all end users including Remote sites
- Logging calls and handling hardware and software problems & installation
- Handling of Asset management and vendor management
- Set up, maintained, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows (Win 10 AND Office 2016) desktop, Laptops, and Notebook computers.
- Install and Configure software for end users.
- Set up and configure printers, scanners and other peripherals.
- MS-Outlook configuring and troubleshooting
- Should have knowledge of Windows 2016 server, AD, DHCP, and DNS.
- Hand-on experience on the server (Basic level) to coordinate with the vendor.
- Basic LAN (Network) troubleshooting knowledge.
Key Competencies:

Qualification:
- BE, BCA, MBA, degree in business administration or a related field.
- Diploma/BE/ Any Graduation
