Position: Accountant (Full-time)
Location: Hitec City, Hyderabad
Job Brief: We are looking for an experienced Accounts Professional/Accountant to work within our Finance and Accounts (F&A) Team. A detailed job-description and key responsibilities areas for the required role can be found below.

Key Responsibilities Areas (KRAs):
Manage the daily operations of the accounting areas including:
- Month and end-year process
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Cash receipts
- General ledger
- UtilitiesÂ
- Capital assets reconciliationsÂ
- Generating Purchase Orders for the teams as per requirement
- GST and Taxation
- Fixed asset activity
- Debt activity
- Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Provide recommendations wherever needed
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Meet financial accounting objectives as per KPIs
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
- Co-ordinate and report to the superiors/Reporting Manager
- Co-ordinating with banks in meeting export/import compliances
Experience and Skillset Required:
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of working experience as an Accounts Professional or Accounting Supervisor
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office Excel, experience with accounting software - Tally ERP, QuickBooks, SAP etc. and databases
- Ability to work on large amounts of data
- Proven knowledge of book-keeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- Good knowledge and experience in GST and Taxation
- Experience in Imports & Exports procedures and documentation
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to direct and supervise if required

- B.Com.
- BBA
- Newly Qualified CA
- Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
