Expectations from you:
Basic Requirements
❖ Minimum qualification: Master's of Business Administration or a related field.
❖ Must have experience in working with LMS clients.
❖ Yearly individual target should be more than 2.5crs.
Duties you'll be entrusted with:
❖ Own and drive the B2B sales pipeline for selling Enparadigm's learning interventions to CEOs, Head HRs, and Heads of Organization Development of corporations.
❖ Engage with clients, understand their business models, and design appropriate solutions
❖ Proactively contact prospects for future business opportunities and future pipeline.
❖ Demonstrate strong influencing ability and smart negotiation skills to generate revenue for Enparadigm.
❖ Prepare and present impressive client pitches for a premium and uniquely positioned performance consulting brand.

❖ A quick and critical thinker with the ability to come up with a number of ideas about a topic and bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table to enhance the visual impact of our content.
❖ Potential to apply innovative and exciting ideas, concepts, and technologies.
