Job Overview:

As a Senior Executive in Influencer Marketing, typically involves overseeing and executing influencer

marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, reach target audiences, and drive engagement.

,he/she will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective influencer marketing

strategies to promote our brand, products, and services. You will be responsible for identifying and

building relationships with key influencers, negotiating partnerships, and measuring the success of

influencer campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall

business goals.

Research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing.

Influencer Identification and Outreach:

Identify and evaluate potential influencers who align with the brand's values, target audience, and

marketing objectives.

Build and nurture relationships with influencers through effective communication and relationship

management.

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Develop creative briefs and guidelines for influencers to ensure brand consistency and message

alignment.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

Negotiate partnerships and contracts with influencers, ensuring mutual understanding of

expectations, deliverables, and compensation.

Manage the legal and contractual aspects of influencer collaborations.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics

tools.

Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and key performance indicators.

Budget Management:

Manage the budget allocated for influencer marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and

maximum impact.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including social media, content, and PR teams, to align

influencer efforts with broader marketing strategies.

Communicate effectively with influencers to ensure clear expectations and successful campaign

execution.

Compliance and Ethical Considerations:

Stay informed about legal and ethical considerations in influencer marketing, ensuring compliance

with regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor/Masters degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.

Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

4 to 5 years of experience in the relevance field.

Previous experience in a senior or leadership role in influencer marketing.

Knowledge of the industry landscape and emerging trends.
