We are hiring for a role into Location Strategy.
Location – Hyderabad Qualifications/Skills: • MBA, MS, CA or PhD from a leading school in India or abroad • 1-5 years of relevant hands-on experience (post MS / MBA/ CA) We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills, ability to work with teams, navigate steep learning curve, and demonstrate management consulting skills to be part of the CFO Enterprise Value talent group. Required Qualifications Preferred Experience • • Strong foundation in core consulting skills such as problem-solving, strategic thinking, effective communication and robust proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel • • Experience in working with/at a shared services center or global knowledge process outsourcing firms • • Hands-on experience as any of the following: • - Operating model transformation projects across functions (Finance, HR, IT, Procurement) • - Shared Services Design & Build • - Outsourcing Strategy • - Contracting & Negotiations for Managed Services or BPO contract • - Location Strategy • • Fair understanding of the Global Business Service strategies to drive cost reduction and identifying efficiencies through transformation • • Fair understanding of defining location strategy for clients, assessing locations based on identified critical location factors, coordinating/conducting site visits and presenting recommendations to client • • Understanding of operating model transformations, feasibility of shared services / outsourcing and navigating through the end-to-end design and implementation journey • • Ability to develop financial models and business cases that support the recommendation • • Understanding of finance processes and IT operations • • Project management experience (either leading or supporting) • • Ability to understand how business functions operate and how sector trends impact a client’s business • • Analytical and Hypothesis driven problem-solving approach, process and operations analysis, processing, and analysis of large financial and non-financial data sets • • Ability to map and document current state and future state processes • • Exposure to working in non-India Geographies (preferably the US) and/ or interacting with Global stakeholdersJob tags
