Job description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Monitor day-to-day operations of multiple locations to ensure positive member experience and develop operating efficiencies
- Coordinate with other team members in the planning and execution of the strategic objectives business unit
- Lead multiple locations, manage diverse priorities, and execute on complex objectives simultaneously
- Should be able to analyze financial and non-financial results to identify opportunities for improvement within their portfolio
- Responsible for meeting all budgetary, cost and other financial objectives for each assigned location for operations. Should be able to manage P&L of all the assigned locations and facilities.
- Closely work with the team to build, transform and scale business operations across all the facilities
- Develop and maintain a well-coordinated, efficient organizational structure
- Provide mentorship and direction to team members in support of their personal and professional development
- Identify opportunities to improve upon budgets and savings
- Liaison with the Facilities team to monitor the day to day operations of the facilities
Must Haves:
- Ability to function independently yet communicate laterally and upwardly with ease
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and coordinate complex issues Experience in handling projects with diverse and multiple internal/external stakeholders is crucial
- Excellent communication and Stakeholder Management is essential
- Manage work and deliver within a dynamic environment
- Like challenges and embraces change in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and compassion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, project management, and business operations experience
Experience and Skills:
- 15-18 years or equivalent experience in hospitality, operations, or related experience. Customer service experience is required
- 7+ years of management experience of leading a team of individual contributors
- Bachelors / Masters or equivalent degree preferred in Operations Management, Hospitality, or other fields
