Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-counselor. The Tele-counselor will be responsible for providing counseling and support to parents and parents-to-be through various communication channels, such as phone, zoom meeting and email. The Tele-counselor will also be required to maintain accurate records of the interactions and provide feedback to the product development team. Qualifications Experience in counseling and support Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of child development and parenting Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Fluency in multiple languages is a plusJob tags
