Job description
You’ll play an integral role as a part of the Operations organization, helping ensure the firm runs effectively and efficiently. Operations is embedded in every business to support the firm’s functions and handle the end-to-end process management of all core production and client-servicing activities across each business. You’ll join an Operations team within one of our line of business or corporate functions to help manage our processes and services while growing business-specific expertise.
You will work in a collaborative environment that teaches you how the Operations function helps deliver core services to the firm and its clients. We will assist you in building a long-term career in our Operations division and help with its continued growth.
What You’ll Do:
Your responsibilities will vary based on your location and team assignment. In addition, you will gain exposure and receive best-in-class training as part of a broader community.
You will make an impact in a specific Operations area, which could include payments, trading services, lending services, client management, and many others. You could help manage the end-to-end client onboarding experience in which you could coordinate with clients or front office. You could be responsible for processing and investigating client transactions for a variety of products.
You could help support a trading desk by booking trades, tracking profits & losses, and monitoring overall asset health.
You’ll develop skills that will help you grow within the Operations organization and make increasing impact throughout the career.

Roles and Responsibilities: (Any one of the below based on the role)
- Assist in account services, including account maintenance, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Support asset services operations, including asset transfers, asset servicing, and asset valuations.
- Manage client data and ensure its accuracy and completeness.
- Process data and transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support fund servicing activities, including NAV calculations and investor servicing.
- Assist in lending services, including loan processing and documentation.
- Facilitate client onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage payment life cycle, including processing payments and reconciliations.
- Maintain reference data and ensure its accuracy and availability.
- Support trade life cycle activities, including trade processing and settlements.
- Assist in trading services, including trade execution and order management.
Required Skills, Capabilities and Qualifications:
We’re looking for someone who has good communication skills and is adaptable. You should be able to work within deadlines and be able to adapt to changing environments.
• Graduation required
• Great team player able to work in a pressurized and changing environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
• Detailed-orientated with strong critical thinking, attention to detail and analytical skills
• Self starter who can work effectively to identify problems and work with teams to develop solutions
• 6 months - 2 years of experience in financial services, banking operations or related field
