Human Resources Executive

This is a full-time on-site role in Surat for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, employee relations, HR policies, and HR operations. This role requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong understanding of HR policies and practices
• Experience in HR, HR management, and HR operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related area
• Master's degree in HR or related field is a plus
