Job description
Job Role:
Should have handled Help Desk/ Complaint Management system.
Timely executing, AMC with the vendor.
Strong negotiating skill.
Coordination with AMC vendors for early resolution.
MIS & Dashboard of – Assets (In use, Not In use) / SLA / Ticket status / Tracking of expenditure &
other MIS as required by management from time to time.
Bill processing & follow up for payment with internal teams
Vendor Review on Monthly basis.
Sourcing new vendors for effective service @ competitive cost.
Procurement of New assets
