Job description
Main Purpose of Job: Deliver specialized support for Global Noodle Operations and Projects such as Innovation/ Renovation projects (CAT 1 & CAT 2); operational improvements projects (CAT-3).
Key Responsibilities: People Development. Maintain and deploy the Noodle Technical core competence. Material, Product & Process Mastership. Ensure his/her Engineering Competence support the Innovation & Renovation process, maintaining links for new products & process with Businesses, PTCs, Corporate Units. Support processes, product quality and safety. Technical Mastership: Ensure his/her Engineering Competence support the Innovation & Renovation process, maintaining links for new technologies with Businesses, PTCs, Corporate Units, and protecting/deploying technological know-how. Full Compliance. Ensure Processes & Equipment's in his/her area of competence are safe for people, products and environment, in line with all corresponding local / Nestlé regulations. Competitive Product Supply. Provide specific engineering support for the development and implementation of the MBS, through his/her Engineering Competence, whilst fostering high performance Operations. Support his/her market, and assist maintaining key documentation. Knowledge Transfer: Represent NDC Manesar & Participate in various knowledge transfer platforms related to projects and operations. Business Management. Support and implementation of the corresponding aspects of NCE/TPM. Ensure technical support to the implementation of Market’s plans, procedures and policies. Represent the Group in all technical initiatives/events with relevance to the business and to his/her specific competence. Key Experiences: Minimum 5 years in Project Management, Thermal Engineering, CAD, 3D modelling, CFD Simulation Minimum 3 years field experience, driving or supporting his/her area of expertise. Successful deployment of known technologies or solutions Recognized by peers in his/her market. General Personnel Supervision experience (mainly on technical teams) Participation in the development of engineering projects, >500 kCHF, as part of a multidisciplinary team Participation in the commissioning & start-up of technical equipment(s) and/or production line(s) or systems Participation in multi-disciplinary teams that focuses on process, product or packing optimization/continuous improvement.
