Job description
• Preparation of Work instructions for all Assembly line process.
• To be a part of APQP team during New process review / Changes.
• Maintaining of Archives file for all assembly file until retention period.
• Design and procurement of Assembly line operating tools and fixtures.
• Management of all sub-assembly line process and to ensure adequate support for the process improvement.
• To be a part of Kaizen activity in Assembly line.
• To be a part of Training for operators for all new assembly process.
• Process and parameter controls of new motor development including programming in Assembly line process Control machines.
• To manage all E-procurement for all assembly line process including new projects, tools and consumables etc.,
• To manage SIM meeting for all the process improvements / complaints and react to resolve the problem with short lead time.
• Full responsibility on all process critical characteristics management in terms of PYK deployment in PHPVT.
• Implementation of cycle time reduction TUMA & TUMO is sub-assembly process with right means of process control.
• All data management reporting tools to GMEM network team and play active role in concern development program-
• To manage all E-procurement for all assembly line process including new projects, tools and consumables etc.,
• Other duties as assigned then and now.
• Manage and keep track of every assembly process change by creating PCN's.
