Need Technical Recruiter with 2+ Years - Hands on experience in ERP Hiring.

1. Oversee the Full Recruiting Lifecycle : As an IT technical recruiter, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
2. Strengthen Candidate Relationships : Foster strong connections with prospective candidates specialized in IT job profiles to fill existing vacant roles.
3. Implement Effective IT Headhunting Strategies : Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and devise innovative approaches to identify IT talent that aligns with our technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End IT Recruitment : Handle sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews for IT positions.
