Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Head (MNC Bank) CTC Upto 18 LPA. The Branch Head (MNC Bank) will be responsible for day-to-day operations and performance of the branch, management of client relationships, overseeing the sales targets for the branch, ensuring compliance to internal policies and external regulations, and ensuring achievement of financial targets. This role is based in Bengaluru.

• Enhancement of Deposit Pool from Customers.
• Establishing standards and delivery of service.
• Sale of non-deposit products. Cross-selling targets progressively.
• Sale of MF and Insurance products.
• Fee Income.
• Branch Administration.
• Regulatory Compliance.
• Manage productivity and overall morale of branch team members.
• Overall responsible for break-even and P&L of the branch.

Qualifications

• Finance, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting skills
• Analytical Skills and ability to interpret Financial Statements
• Excellent Leadership and management skills
• Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in managing a branch or division for a reputable bank
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Banking certifications such as CAIIB, or any other banking certifications are a plus

Experience with managing a large and geographically dispersed team is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is required.

Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, especially spreadsheets is required.
