Position: National Head – Corporate Wellness

Department: Healthcare

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve Sales Targets:

Develop and execute strategies to meet or surpass sales targets.

2. Drive Employee Adoption:

Encourage employee engagement and foster adoption of healthcare programs within corporate partnerships.

3. Results Delivery:

Ensure delivery on product mix targets in OPD, AHC & EAP categories.

4. Identify New Opportunities:

Proactively identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the corporate wellness space.

5. Build Partner Relationships:

Cultivate strong relationships with potential partners (Insurance Brokers, TPAs, etc.) to scale up business.

6. Customer Experience Accountability:

Own the overall customer experience within engaged corporates, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

7. P&L Accountability:

Manage Profit and Loss at the customer level, meeting financial objectives.

8. Client Acquisition/Retention Strategy:

Develop and execute effective client acquisition and retention strategies.
