We are hiring a professional and skilled Field Sales Representative to join the Sales Team of our company on an immediate basis. Sales Executive Roles & Responsibilities : - Assessing the effectiveness of current organizations and creating improvement strategies for effectiveness - Analyzing market research results to spot chances for new business growth or strengthening of current business partnerships - Developing hiring, training, and management strategies for a team of advertising professionals in collaboration with management - Creating a strategy plan for the agency's expansion using knowledge gathered through research and analysis of market trends and competitors. - Creating presentations and proposals for potential clients in order to find new business prospects. Criteria : - A graduate degree is the minimum required. - 2+ years of field sales experience. - Be between the ages of 24 and 38. CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits.
