Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
ICF-accredited ACC or equivalent coaching accreditation with at least 200 coaching hours.
13-15 years of work experience, including 5 years as a coach.
Experience in 1-1 coaching, group coaching, leadership training, and org-wife online webinars.
Proven work experience encouraging introspection, connection, and ambition.
Key qualities: non-judgmental, reflective, empathetic, decisive, and open to change.
Excellent listening, observational, and communication skills with a strong sense of empathy.
Ability to quickly build productive relationships with diverse clients.
Motivational and inspirational, with the confidence to challenge empathically.
Extensive knowledge of personal growth theory, self-awareness, and confidentiality.
Strong organizational skills for effective management of clients and operational tasks.
