Job Summary :As a Product Owner within the Digital Transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products, including Superman, Admin, and GSP. You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing features, ensuring that they align seamlessly with our business goals. This role requires a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development teams and business stakeholders, to drive the product roadmap, gather valuable stakeholder feedback, and make informed, data-driven decisions.Key Responsibilities :1. Feature Definition and Prioritization :- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and requirements. - Define and prioritize features for the overall program to meet business objectives.2. Collaboration with Development Teams :- Collaborate with development teams to convey product vision, requirements, and priorities. - Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure a shared understanding of project goals.3. Product Roadmap Management :- Develop and maintain a clear and comprehensive product roadmap aligned with organizational objectives. - Regularly communicate the roadmap to stakeholders and ensure transparency on upcoming releases and feature deliveries.4. Stakeholder Engagement :- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders. - Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine and enhance product features.5. Data-Driven Decision Making :- Utilize data analytics and market insights to make informed decisions. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to optimize the product's value and success in the market.6. Agile Methodology :- Embrace and implement Agile methodologies to ensure efficient and iterative product development. - Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a digital transformation setting.- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.- Proven track record of successfully delivering products to market.- Familiarity with digital transformation technologies and trends.- Certification in Agile or Product Management is desirable.
