Job Summary:
Skypoint is seeking an experienced and versatile Program Manager to oversee our technology partnerships with companies like Microsoft, Databricks, OpenAI, and others, and manage comprehensive learning and certification programs for our employees. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating the complexities of various technology ecosystems and committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Program Management: Develop expertise in a range of technology programs, including but not limited to Microsoft's MPN initiatives, Databricks, and OpenAI. Ensure alignment with strategic goals and compliance with partner standards
- Manage Microsoft Partner Network Program: Develop a deep understanding of Microsoft's Partner Network Program initiatives, including ISV success programs, Solution Partner Designation, Specializations, Membership, Marketplace offers, MPN administration, Incentives, Skilling, and campaigns
- Training and Certification Programs: Design and deliver effective training sessions and workshops on relevant technologies for both employees and customers. Oversee and facilitate the process of technology certifications for employees, enhancing their skills and knowledge base
- Partnership Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with technology partners, ensuring smooth communication, effective query resolution, and robust relationship management
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest technological trends and advancements, leveraging this knowledge to enrich training content and strategic planning
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Skypoint to ensure the successful execution of program objectives. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Regularly assess program performance using data-driven insights. Implement data-driven recommendations for improvements, ensuring the program remains dynamic and effective
- Employee Skill Development: Drive initiatives to enhance the skillset of employees through certifications and training, aligning with industry standards and organizational objectives
- Dashboard Reporting: Develop and publish weekly/monthly dashboards to track and report on learning and certification progress, ensuring transparency and accountability
- External Certification Management: Act as the program manager for obtaining external certifications like HITRUST/SOC, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring compliance with relevant standards
- Marketing Collaboration: Work in tandem with the marketing team to drive marketing initiatives related to partnership management and content creation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven track record in program management within a technology and marketing environment
- Experience in managing training and certification programs, including external compliance certifications
- Skilled in collaboration with marketing teams, particularly in partnership management, website management, and content creation
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and dashboard creation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities
- A strong service mindset, with a focus on meeting and exceeding internal and external customer expectations
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and partners
