Job description
- Develop and implement efficient sales processes and strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and streamline sales operations and procedures.
- Manage and optimize CRM systems and sales software tools.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Produce and maintain accurate sales reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies and company objectives.
- Support sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
- Train sales personnel on best practices in sales operations and tools.
- Liaise with the IT department to resolve technical issues related to sales systems.
- Manage sales contracts and agreements in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
- Manage sales decks in collaboration with the marketing and BD team.
Core Competencies and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the payments or fintech sector.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
