Role : SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
Role Description : Define the SW/Application Tech Support Practitionerure, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and performance goals.

Job Requirements : At least 2-4 years experience in supporting Cloud Security solution management and Operations Support At least 4-5 years experience in supporting Cisco ASA PaloAlto, Juniper Network Security solutions Good understanding of Routing and Switching technologies Experience in firewall/ IPS implementation, VPN IPSEC, Remote Access, and SSL Good understanding in Network Security Design Architecture Working knowledge of TrendMicro DeepSecurity, Symantec Secure Cloud Solutions, etc Working knowledge of Cloud Security Access broker solutions like CipherCloud, Netskope, etc Experience with Linux, Windows Management and Troubleshooting Working knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures of cloud technology networking/security solutions, including Software as Service SaaS, Platform as Service PaaS, or Infrastructure as a Service IaaS for example AWS, Azure infrastructure, Salesforce, etc, Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication and co
