Job description

Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
Lead the design and configuration of SAP ISU modules to meet business needs.
Provide expert guidance on SAP ISU best practices and industry standards.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and project teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP ISU with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
Execute SAP ISU system testing, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support.
Stay current with SAP ISU updates and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an SAP ISU Consultant with a focus on SAP IS Utilities.
In-depth knowledge of SAP ISU modules, including Billing, Device Management, and Customer Service.
Strong understanding of the integration points between SAP ISU and other SAP modules.
Hands-on experience with SAP ISU configuration, customization, and system testing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus.
