Job Description: CRM and ERP Developer
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, customizing, and maintaining CRM and ERP solutions to meet the specific needs of our organization. This role requires strong technical expertise in CRM and ERP platforms, as well as a deep understanding of business processes. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that optimize business operations and enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Development:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for CRM and ERP solutions.
Design, develop, and customize CRM and ERP modules to meet the organization's unique needs.
Implement system integrations with other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
Customization and Configuration:
Customize CRM and ERP platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP) to align with business workflows and requirements.
Configure system settings, user roles, security profiles, and data structures to optimize system performance and usability.
Integration and Data Management:
Develop and maintain data migration strategies for CRM and ERP implementations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Integrate CRM and ERP systems with third-party applications and external data sources using APIs and middleware solutions.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving issues related to CRM and ERP functionality, data integrity, and system performance.
Troubleshoot system errors, bugs, and performance issues, implementing timely resolutions to minimize disruptions.
Documentation and Training:
Document system configurations, customizations, and integrations to maintain an up-to-date repository of technical information.
Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to facilitate the adoption of CRM and ERP solutions across the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a CRM and ERP Developer, with expertise in customizing and configuring CRM and ERP platforms.
In-depth knowledge of CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar.
Strong proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, JavaScript) and development frameworks (e.g., .NET, Node.js) used in CRM and ERP customization.
Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and data integration techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Relevant certifications in CRM and ERP platforms (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer) are a plus.
