Role and Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate sales personnel in the assigned area to achieve company sales goals
- Establish control and evaluate sales goals to ensure maximum profitability
- Evaluate measure and manage the product and brands profit and loss
- Supervise sales teams and evaluate their performance by dividing sales performance into products or areas
- Meet product volume and profit targets
- Responsible for personnel decisions such as hiring performance evaluation and disciplinary actions for direct reports
- Engage in sales tasks alongside the team to support and optimize sales efforts
Candidate Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 5 years of experience in sales of Dairy Feed Cattle Feed Pesticides or Agri Chemicals
- Must have experience in dealer distribution and strong sales experience in Western Maharashtra
- Fluency in Marathi is essential
Required Skills:
