Job description

Location: Patel nagar/ Gurugram (On-site)

Duties & Responsibilities:-

o Professionally and effectively employs sales skills to achieve targeted sales.

o Increase the level of sales and business mix from individual customers.

o Maintain an accurate and current database

o Identify and develop sources of potential customers

o Effectively communicate with customers to gain commitment to purchase

o Maintain regular contact with Key Customers

o Develop and maintain relationships which benefit both customer

o Overcome customer resistance/objections to products

o Advise Managing Director and Sales and Marketing Director of customer feedback/comments relating to product content and pricing as well as company performance

o Provide a weekly schedule of planned activities

o Achieve sales activities within specified time scales as directed by Managing Director and Group Sales and Marketing Director

o Targeted tele-sales campaigns to achieve sales

o Be able to match appropriate products to customers' requirements.

o Be able to demonstrate a full knowledge of all services, relevant selling points and benefits

o Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of competitor service, be able to highlight their disadvantages and promote relevant benefits

o Keep abreast of competitor activity and recommend any necessary tactical action

o Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of services

o Provide time-phased, qualified reports on achievement and activities

o Handle correspondence related to all selling activities

o Liaise with other members of Sales Team to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange information and increase professionalism

o Undertake all responsibilities with reference to procedures.

o Obtain necessary authority for expenses and record same in line with Company Policy.

o Undertake any reasonable duties as specified by the Reporting Manager

Skills & Requirements:-

· Should have at least 4 years strong and proven experience in hospital industry.

· Any graduation or graduate in medical profession like MBBS/ BDS/ BPT/ MPT are preferred.

· Should be experienced in dealing with various doctors.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Planning & organizing abilities

· Attention to detail.

· Adaptability – Efficient under pressure.

· Result Oriented
