Roles And Responsibilities - Contribute to and support the design and enforcement of identity lifecycle management policies and identity hygiene.
- Automate the user lifecycle joiner, mover, and leaver workflows and birthright access
- Planning and executing the access review process and access management policies
- Understand different RBAC structures and apply knowledge to implement the most suitable RBAC solution for critical business applications and Work with business and application owners to define, create, and update managed roles following IAM principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing infrastructure, applications, and workflows.
- Stay updated on emerging IAM trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance security posture and streamline access management processes.
Requirements - 2-4 years of experience in IT/information security
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience conducting IT security, attestation, and assurance audits globally
- Experience in configuring Google Workspace space
- Experience in configuring data protection controls on Google Workspace
- A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Hands-on experience in Jamf is an added advantage.
- Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) are a plus.
