About the Client:

Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines data privacy and security standards for software products and services.
- Defining and implementing robust software development and testing processes in alignment with industry standards.
- Driving the adoption of digital transformation frameworks such as Agile DevOps and cloudnative development.
- Establishing IT service management frameworks to ensure high system availability and customer experience.
- Performing risk assessments audits and publishing analytical reports to showcase process implementation efficiencies.
- Continuously monitoring privacy and cybersecurity posture through assessments and ensuring closure of identified gaps.
- Conducting audits across functions to assess process compliance and driving closure of nonconformities.
- Providing leadership to quality teams for streamlining processes as per compliance needs and industry best practices.
- Facilitating optimal utilization of quality management platforms and automation testing tools for process standardization.
- Championing continuous improvement programs like Lean Six Sigma to enhance process performance productivity and cost optimization.
- Representing the organization at industry forums and publishing thought leadership content on quality and process excellence.
- Fostering seamless collaboration across business IT and support teams for integrated delivery of software products and services.
- Proactively interacting with customers to understand experience levels and provide inputs on future technology trends.
- Ensuring adherence to standards such as ISO certifications and regulatory guidelines relevant to the software services sector.
- Mentoring quality teams on process enhancements compliance reporting and driving customer satisfaction.
Preferred Skills:
- Extensive track record of over 15 years in IT quality management with over 5 years in leadership positions.
- Profound expertise in Agile and DevOps methodologies along with adept management of software delivery processes.
- Handson proficiency in utilizing quality management platforms such as Jira for software projects.
- Possession of credentials such as CMMi certifications PMP and Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Experience in effectively managing quality teams budget allocations and driving process optimization initiatives.
- Track record of implementing successful process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
- Consistent success in managing regulatory compliance relevant to the software services industry.
