Global Learning Solutions Representative

The Dow Chemical Company has an exciting opportunity for a Learning Representative (m/f), within Human Resources (HR).  This position is based in India. The role would be located within the Talent Management and Learning discipline of the “HR Solutions” organization. The top priority of HR Solutions is to deliver the best Employee Experience through exceptional delivery of a portfolio of solutions. 

The Learning Representative is responsible for identifying and delivering solutions to employees. This role is empowered to support and perform activities required to enable Learning processes and drive a best-in-class Employee Experience. Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions. Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.

The ideal candidate will have background in HR technical tools, general administration, preferably in learning and development area. In addition, the ideal candidate will be able to communicate and collaborate effectively, work independently and as part of a team, and thrive in a fast-paced, growing, and changing environment.

Responsibilities:

·Acts as primary point-of-contact for Learning inquiries (via phone, chat, and e-Request), identifying and delivering solutions to employees.

·Delegates and escalates queries as appropriate but remains responsible through completion.

·Tracks progress and provides continuous feedback to requestors on status of their queries.

·Engage in improving Knowledge Base and Case Management content for their assigned discipline, based on experience.

·Supports oversight of service operations by responding to service demands as they arise

·Engages in and drives overall continuous improvement processes (e.g., to reduce inquiry volume)

Skills & Experience Requirements

• Vocational Degree in human resources, business administration, IT or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in talent management, learning and development, or a related field.

·Fluency in English

• Having knowledge of learning management systems or other similar platforms is advantageous.
• The ability to identify issues or patterns within issue resolution is vital. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address challenges in learning & development space.
• As you will be handling multiple tasks and deadlines, effective time management skills are necessary to prioritize and complete your work efficiently.
