Key Responsibilities:
o Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with internal teams to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements.
o Communicate effectively with all stakeholders for the project goals and deadlines.
o Maintain data quality by identifying and removing corrupted data and working with backend teams to fix the root cause of the issue
o Filter Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct code problems
o Using statistical tools to identify, analyze and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction
o Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.
o Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
o Working with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
o Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
Qualifications and Required Skills :
o 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
o Able to extract & analyze data and come up with actionable insights to solve business problems.
o Work closely with the business & engineering teams to understand requirements and build reports & visualizations.
o Automate reports & relevant workflows.
o Proficiency in SQL & Python; Experience with ElasticSearch, MongoDB is a plus.
