Company background: Biocliq is a MedTech company engaged in developing advanced AI tools for medical diagnosis for the global market. We have a suite of fully developed and validated products for medical imaging domain. We are acquiring clients at scale. Some of our clients are global top 10 health-tech providers. We are looking for a Technical Account Manager based in India to onboard and grow a set of key clients who are making early investments in AI based MedTech. The role offers growth path to CxO level at an aggressive pace for the right candidate with drive, skills and hunger.
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Biocliq. Your primary objective will be to effectively manage the onboarding process for a designated list of key accounts, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of Biocliq’s products and services. Additionally, you will serve as the main point of contact for all technical inquiries and escalations from clients, fostering strong relationships and advocating for Biocliq's offerings. Responsibilities: ➢Lead the technical onboarding process for assigned key accounts, ensuring smooth integration and deployment. ➢Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing technical requirements and escalating issues as needed. ➢Cultivate client relationships and nurture accounts to become strong advocates for Biocliq’s products and services. ➢Continuously deliver value to clients by leveraging Biocliq’s products to improve efficiency, patient outcomes, and reduce operational costs. ➢Develop and showcase success stories to contribute to marketing efforts. Required Skills: ➢Technical proficiency with a background in software development and deployment. ➢Experience with deployment and integration of medical software, preferably in areas such as PACS or CT/MRI software. ➢Proficient in DICOM protocols and formats. ➢Familiarity with HL7 protocol. ➢Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Qualifications & Experience: ➢Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a must ➢3 to 5 years of work experience in a technical role within the medtech/health-tech industry. ➢Minimum 1 year of experience in client-facing roles. ➢ Proven ability to effectively coordinate with a team of developers and engineers to fulfill client requirements, even if they do not directly report to you.Job tags
