Primary Responsibilities:

• Assesses population health needs using audit tools, feedback from employees, and the client to develop and deploy appropriate well-being solutions and programming. Coordinates, develops, and delivers a range of health interventions to educate members on well-being, including an annual calendar of health improvement activities
• Partners with the client, vendors, and community resources to execute on a workplace well-being strategy that will result in improving the health and resiliency of the employee population
• Ensures familiarity with integrated products, programs and services in order to connect the employee population to their next best action
• Builds, leads, and expands the client’s national network of Wellness Champions to localize & expand programming to other locations and departments
• Coordinates health and well-being marketing and communications relating to the workplace’s physical and virtual spaces to promote healthy behaviors and health care engagement
• Reports on engagement, referrals, workplace well-being initiatives, and results to demonstrate improvement in baseline metrics
• Handles and stores all data in compliance with relevant data protection laws and policies (e.g. HIPAA, GDPR etc)
• Responds to client suggestions, concerns, and complaints in a timely, professional, and consistent manner while providing the gold standard in customer service
• Implements and follows all Workplace Well-being and client policies and procedures
• Completes all assigned education coursework and trainings within the first 30 days of date of hire
• Performs any other projects and responsibilities as required
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Any Graduate
• Candidates with good experience in Marketing Communications and Campaign Marketing can also apply
• Experience in developing both internal and external strategic partner relationships and collaboration
• Ability to present information using a variety of techniques such as in-person, virtual, group, webinars
• Sound knowledge of multiple communication channels, digital and physical, curating messaging to suit the audience 
• Shows innovation and creativity through problem-solving and decision making
• Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information in a clear and compelling way.
