Sales Consultant
Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire a Sales Consultant for Mumbai location
Role Purpose:
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve Vision sales targets and foster profitable growth within an assigned region.
Role Description:
- Manage Key and Priority accounts in the designated territory.
- Drive sales, collection, and revenue from assigned customers, with a focus on A category customers.
- Activate new business from customers and enhance our market share with existing clients.
- Handle distributor relationships and actively participate in partnership programs.
- Support Below The Line (BTL) activities with key accounts.
- Devise effective strategies to successfully drive business in the assigned territory.
- Bring relevant experience in optical, FMCG, or FMCD sales, demonstrating strong business acumen and willingness to travel.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education - Any graduation (B. Sc. preferred), preferably in Ophthalmology/MBA in Marketing/Sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 6 to 11 years of experience in the Consumer products industry.
- Strong channel and distribution management skills.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven communication and sales capabilities.
- Ability to engage in meaningful discussions with ophthalmologists.
- Proficiency in understanding specialty products and niche market segments.
- Self-motivated with demonstrated planning and analytical abilities.
- Responsive to customer needs and adept at navigating market challenges.
