Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing team and work towards achieving the company's goals. Responsibilities include creating and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media presence, conducting market research, and collaborating with other departments to maximize the impact of the marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, preferably in the compressors industry
• Ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with social media marketing, SEO, and SEM
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt to changes in the industry
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus

Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry and experience with international marketing is a plus.
