Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for potential B2B clients in the market through research, networking, cold calling, and referrals .
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to understand their needs and promote our products and services.
- Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals and presentations, addressing specific client requirements and highlighting the unique selling points of our offerings.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and post-sales support.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports to the management team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company's network and promote the brand.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Plastic sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other sales tools.
