Job description
Looking for a Senior Landscape Architect having experience in domestic as well as international projects.
Will be responsible for planning and designing the projects' development per the client's requirements.
Will also be responsible for preparing visual plans by using CAD and Revit software.
In addition, should be able to communicate with international clients to understand their requirements.
Proficient in developing project time and budget constraints.

Responsibilities
• Meeting the Architect, Engineers, and the clients.
• Discussing the requirements and specifications of the clients.
• Conducting various studies on the site such as soil, ecology, roads, etc.
• Developing visual representations of sites.
• Presenting plans that meet the project goals.
• Estimating the cost of the project.
• Making use of Computer Design Applications and 3D Drafting software.
• Choosing material for the project based on the client's demands and climate parameters.
• Inspecting the structural and ground stability of the site.
• Offering recommendations on various environmental issues.
• Working in collaboration with local regulatory authorities.
• Ensuring the client is satisfied and maintaining a future contact.
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients and the vendors.
• Communicating with the locals to gain knowledge.
• Making sure that the project adheres to all the rules and regulations.
• Staying updated with the current trends and landscape practices.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, with 5-10 years’ experience
• Proven work experience as a Landscape Architect, Landscape Designer, or a similar role.
• Proficiency with Computer Aided Design Applications and Revit.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to write specifications in an accurate manner.
• Working knowledge in the Geographical Information System (GIS).
• Excellent visualization abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. A close eye for details for accuracy.
Good client management skills.
