Job description
1. Responsible for establishing subcontract terms
2. Responsible for arranging required suppliers and vendors
3. Responsible for Zero cost budget or control budget
4. Responsible for drafting contractor conditions and certification of contractor's bills for payments.
5. Managing and mentoring team of site civil engineers / supervisors for QS department
6. Responsible for contract management
7. Responsible for day to day work planning , managing team, MIS report submission.
8. Preparing and monitoring cash flow statements
9. Monitring over head costs
