Job description

Required for Reliance Guest House in Reliance Factory for Senior Management in Jamnagar run by Compass Group

Be familiar with sanitation regulations
• Setting up of the kitchen with cooking utensils, equipment, cutlery etc
• Cook food in a timely manner
• Assign tasks to kitchen staffs
• Ensure the safety and hygiene of the kitchen
• Supervise cooks and offer assistance whenever needed
• Experiment with new recipes
• Ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations
• Modify recipes to meet customers' needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)

Candidate should be able to make good Gujarati dishes
food trail would be taken before selecting the candidate
